Place an order and email us the brand, name and required photos of your cosmetic product, and we will do authentication for you in three business days. One order per individual product.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for a refund within 30 days from shipping from our warehouse (excluding shipping and handling charges). The cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund. We will help you contact the shipping carrier that is responsible for the transportation, but we are not responsible for any package damage, loss, or delay caused by incorrect shipping information customers provide nor caused by the shipping carrier during the transportation.
3. Our Shipping warehouse is located in China, delivery time can range from 5 to 10 business days.
4. Our orders are shipped internationally. It would not be tracked in first five business days after the order is shipped.
5. Free shipping for orders over $200.00, we will charge you $15 as shipping fee if your orders less than $200.00.
