Refund & Return Policy

30-day Refund Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for a refund within 30 days from shipping from our warehouse (excluding shipping and handling charges). The cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund. All purchases, accessories, serial-numbered security tags (if provided), and packing materials must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise.

Return Eligibility

All returned or exchanged items must be:

  • Returned within 30 Days.
  • In new condition.
  • In their original packaging.
  • Must include all packing material.
  • Ship via insured ground service (USPS or UPS) with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if there are any signs of use and open.

If there are any noticeable discrepancies or damages when receiving your purchase, or if the wrong item was delivered, please contact to make any necessary corrections.

Product discrepancies not notified to within 5 days may not be eligible for replacement. Please do not use items that you believe are incorrect as it may void our ability to exchange or replace the items. 

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your shipment if your item is defective. You may be asked to provide photographs of the discrepant item(s) to help us better assist you.

Return Shipping for orders with a discrepancy

We may provide return shipping if we made a mistake with your order. Return shipping labels will be provided via email. Please print the label and tape it to the shipping carton. In such cases, we will not reimburse or refund shipping charges if you choose not to use our shipping label.

Return and Refund Procedure

1. If you need to return or exchange a product due to the aforementioned circumstances, please provide the following information to contact us. We typically process return and exchange requests within 1-2 business days.

  • Order number
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Video/photo evidence

Please provide clear reasons and videos to help us with your return/exchange.

2. Once eligibility for return or exchange is confirmed, we will provide you with a return shipping address.

3. Customers must provide a tracking number when shipping products.

4. Once we receive the returned product and confirmed its condition, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days.
